Within our North America Operating Unit, the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team plays a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and enabling customer success. We are seeking a Director, Trade Strategy and Execution to lead the development and deployment of trade strategies for our Juice and Warehouse Route-to-Market businesses.

This position is integral to translating brand and commercial priorities into actionable trade strategies, ensuring compliance with policy guardrails, and optimizing trade investments across a complex retail environment. The role requires strategic vision, analytical rigor, and strong collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams. What You'll Do for Us

Develop and Deploy Trade Strategy:

  • Design headquarter-driven trade frameworks that convert brand priorities and OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) strategies into actionable plans.

  • Establish trade guardrails and ensure coherency in execution across channels, balancing consistency, efficiency, and compliance with market realities.

  • Partner closely with Field Pricing Execution to validate plans, maintain forecast accuracy, and track performance results.

Align Annual Business Planning:

  • Lead trade-related components of Annual Business Planning for Juice and Warehouse RTM categories.

  • Deliver funding targets and volume forecasts to enable revenue, profit, and category share growth.

  • Support category AMPS (Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, Shelf) planning and ensure integration of trade activities into joint customer programs.

Performance Management & Governance:

  • Oversee monthly reviews of trade investments and volume performance using tools such as Transformer/TPM and Power BI.

  • Drive continuous improvement in trade efficiency, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions across channels.

  • Manage in-year adjustments to meet financial commitments and communicate changes across key internal stakeholders.

Optimization of Trade Investments:

  • Analyze ROI of trade programs and provide guidance to maximize profitability while supporting in-market execution.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for trade strategy within assigned brands and categories; lead engagement with Sales and Finance for rapid issue resolution.

Training & Communication:

  • Lead training programs for customer teams and internal stakeholders on trade policies, compliance, and system tools.

  • Promote adoption of advanced analytics and technology capabilities for improved trade planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in trade strategy, Revenue Growth Management, FP&A, or customer management within CPG or beverage industry.

  • Familiarity with trade optimization systems (Transformer/TPM, CAS) and syndicated data sources such as Nielsen or Matrix.

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with expertise in trade program design, pricing architecture, and forecast modeling.

  • High proficiency with analytics platforms such as Power BI and a strong aptitude for integrating large data sets into business-ready insights.

  • Skilled collaborator with experience influencing cross-functional and system stakeholders in matrix environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex trade scenarios, drive compliance, and optimize customer profitability.

  • Strong communication skills to convey recommendations effectively across sales, finance, and leadership teams.

  • Agile and organized with proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

What We'll Do for You

  • Provide a leadership role in shaping trade investment strategies for some of Coca‑Cola's most recognized brands in the Juice and Warehouse RTM portfolio.

  • Offer access to advanced systems, analytical tools, and emerging AI-based solutions to enhance trade planning and execution excellence.
