What you'll do:- Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions aligned with business strategies.
- Oversee model design, testing, validation, and continuous improvement to ensure accuracy and scalability.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable data strategies and analytical frameworks.
- Guide teams in feature engineering, machine learning algorithm selection, and exploratory data analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data insights into decision-making and operational processes.
- Ensure data quality, source identification, and appropriate visualization to support stakeholder understanding.
- Mentor and develop talent, fostering technical expertise and adherence to best practices.
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for code development, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality, and data governance principles to drive business value.
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
