What you'll do:- Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and evaluate enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing operational processes, identifying opportunities, and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish success criteria, manage risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders.
- Oversee program performance by monitoring key metrics, analyzing outcomes, and guiding return-on-investment evaluations.
- Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Promote ethical standards and integrity by integrating company values into all programs and practices.
- Proven expertise in program management with the ability to direct multiple enterprise-wide projects and cross-functional teams.
