Position Summary...
The Director, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This roles leads a team focused on partnering with technology, compliance, and operations to implement controls and monitoring to manage our data, records, and information across the information lifecycle. The position drives continuous improvement through process enhancements and technology solutions, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal obligations. By fostering strong partnerships and promoting accountability, the Director supports a culture of integrity and operational excellence across the organization.About the team:The Records and Information Management Team collaborates across the organization to ensure effective management and retention of data, records, and information. This team supports compliance with regulatory requirements by developing and implementing processes and technology solutions that align with business objectives. They work closely with leadership and stakeholders to maintain standards, improve procedures, and address compliance needs. The team fosters clear communication and continuous improvement to uphold organizational integrity and support strategic goals, enabling informed decision-making and operational excellence throughout the company.What you'll do...
- Leads a team and cross functional projects that impact multiple geographies.
- Collaborate across Global Governance, Technology, Operations, and other global stakeholders solving for process issues, spotting trends, and handling sensitive matters that may present risk to the company;
- Anticipate and resolve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Partner with the Data/Tech team to solve technical issues and leverage artificial intelligence and other technology to increase quality and efficiency.
- Drive results across multiple functions or large geographic areas
- A drive to execute and to act quickly.
- Organization, discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An eye for process improvement and opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong communication/writing skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.
