This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns, bringing together strategic storytelling, PR, content, digital, social, retail, and experiential moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing and PR campaigns that bring collaboration partnerships to life across digital marketing, content, social, earned media, events, retail, and e-commerce.
  • Serve as brand contact for collaboration partnerships, cultivating trusted, long-term relationships and ensuring partners are thoughtfully engaged from concept through launch.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Creative, E-commerce, Inventory, Store Operations, Legal, and Brand Marketing teams to drive alignment, solve challenges, and ensure seamless execution across all channels.
  • Own campaign planning and workflow management for Brand Marketing and PR initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, meeting agendas, launch milestones, and cross-functional follow-ups.
  • Drive marketing operational excellence across complex partnership workstreams, including contract coordination, partner approvals, vendor onboarding, budget management, sample needs, asset delivery, reporting, and post-campaign recaps.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to shape compelling storytelling, content strategy, press materials, partner messaging, and customer-facing launch narratives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, press results, customer engagement, and partner impact to identify insights and recommendations that inform future collaboration strategy.
  • Build and manage meaningful media relationships to support collaboration launches, brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and tentpole moments across Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify partnerships through culturally relevant moments, talent integration, events, press storytelling, social content, and brand-right experiential activations.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, public relations, licensing, or talent, within a consumer-facing brand, retail, lifestyle, fashion, home, or agency environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact partnerships, PR campaigns, brand activations, and cross-functional marketing initiatives that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and business results.
  • Strong strategic judgment with the ability to identify brand-right opportunities, evaluate partnership potential, and translate cultural trends into meaningful consumer-facing programs.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, collaborators, agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, detail-oriented projects from concept through execution, including timelines, approvals, deliverables, budgets, reporting, and post-campaign recaps.
  • Highly organized operator with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, earned media, influencer/talent strategy, consumer engagement, and culturally relevant marketing moments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • This role is required to be onsite Mondays through Thursdays in our San Francisco office.
