YETI is seeking a dynamic Director of Corporate Accounts to lead and transform our B2B Corporate Sales channel. This role is pivotal in expanding YETI's presence across key industry verticals and elevating our corporate sales program to reflect YETI's commitment to helping people do their jobs better with premium, world-class products. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in B2B sales growth, partnership development, and team leadership within premium consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute a growth-focused Corporate Accounts strategy that accelerates penetration into priority industry verticals and aligns with YETI's brand vision.
  • Evolve YETI's corporate accounts program to position our products as essential tools for professionals, reinforcing YETI's role in enabling peak performance in diverse work environments.
  • Drive revenue through new business development, strategic partnerships, and retention initiatives across corporate gifting, branded merchandise, and promotional channels.
  • Lead contract negotiations, deal structuring, and joint business planning with major corporate clients and promotional goods providers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to identify emerging verticals and optimize performance.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships with iconic brands and global enterprises, ensuring long-term value creation and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure corporate programs deliver exceptional customer experiences and support YETI's broader business objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and results.
  • Represent YETI at industry events, trade shows, and client summits to strengthen relationships and elevate brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B roles, with at least 6 years in leadership positions.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships, promotional programs, and branded merchandise.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to architect sales plans and implement scalable processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools; Salesforce experience preferred.
