This role is a trusted advisor to executive leadership, responsible for enterprise communications, change strategy, and storytelling that supports growth, transformation, and engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise C suite leaders on executive messaging, tone, and change readiness
  • Lead enterprise internal communications across a distributed workforce
  • Design and execute change communication strategies for major initiatives
  • Support acquisitions, restructures, leadership transitions, and workforce changes
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on people centered communications
  • Establish editorial standards to ensure clarity, consistency, and focus
  • Elevate enterprise events, town halls, and leadership communications
  • Lead crisis and high stakes communications with confidence and empathy

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in marketing and/or communications preferred
  • 10 to 12 years of progressively increasing marketing and communications experience in a large organization
  • Proven experience advising senior and executive leaders
  • Deep expertise in change management and transformation communications
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence across levels
  • Exceptional storytelling skills that translate complexity into clarity
