The Headlines:

In the role of Director Ethics & Compliance- Programming, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Legal and Government Affairs Team. You will act as a strategic thought leader who develops, delivers, and maintains the Ethics & Compliance program that aligns with U.S. Federal Guidelines and addresses and mitigates key risks while enabling the Company's strategy.

The role requires strategic thought leadership and execution to mitigate key compliance risks, including anti-bribery & corruption/FCPA, sanctions, and fair competition.

This role reports to the Vice President Legal- Employment Law, Ethics & Compliance and Corporate Services and works closely with various stakeholders and senior leaders globally to proactively identify and address continuous improvement opportunities, driving the right behavior in an engaging and cost-efficient manner throughout the organization.

What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one-on-one conversations.
  • Design, implement, and lead strategies to mitigate key compliance risks, developing compliance frameworks and policies aligned with global regulatory requirements and best practices. This includes annual planning, reporting, and program assessment.
  • Design and implement effective processes, tools, and governance for compliance monitoring and auditing, collaborating with Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management and functional leaders to ensure alignment and integration of compliance controls in business processes.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of the global risk-based Ethics & Compliance communication and training program; continuously improve the Compliance Program, Code of Business Conduct, and guidance infrastructure.
  • Direct global records Management and Policy Management programs.
  • Direct the sourcing, design and management of all compliance systems and tools that support execution of the global Compliance Program.

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in ethics and compliance with a deep understanding of issues, laws and regulations; professional certification (CCEP) is preferred.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business or legal studies, or equivalent work experience, preferably in internal audit, human resources or legal.
  • You have experience leading, guiding, and being accountable for ethics and compliance programs across multiple geographies.
  • You have knowledge of the complexities of a global company and ability to work within a matrix environment.
  • You have proven ability to work well with senior executives, leveraging strong intellectual, conceptual and analytical skills, and strong overall business acumen.
  • You have proven leadership in managing and executing large-scale, cross-functional global projects.
  • You have the presence, credibility and communication skills required to influence others at all levels within the organization
  • You have demonstrated a level of high professional integrity and sound business judgment.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $149,400.00 - $196,100.00 (posting salary range) + 25% target short term incentive + $30,000 + 600 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
