What you will do:
The DirectorGlobalFinance Transformation leads strategic initiatives tooptimize &modernize processes, systems, and technology platformsacross the Finance organization
This rolecollaborates closely withthe Finance Functions and other key stakeholders todrivesimplification,efficiency, automation, and digital innovation across the finance organization, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives,qualityinsurance,compliance standardsandimprovecustomer experience
How you will do it:
Develop and execute a multi-year finance transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy
Oversee implementation ofadvanced(GenAi)technologiesto driveautomation,predictiveanalyticsand overall speed to financial insight
Codesign / redesign core finance processesto achieve qualitative & quantitativebenefits
Lead organizational change management and ensure adoptionacross stakeholders
Establish/ improvegovernance frameworks for transformation projects, including KPIs and risk management
Build and mentor a high-performing team of(digital)finance transformation& Continuous Improvement
What we look for:
Bachelor’s/Master’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, or ITwith anMBA or CPA
15+ years of experience in finance– operations, accounting, controllership,transformationand/ortechnology leadership
Strong knowledge/ savvinessof ERP systems, cloud platforms,(gen)Aiapplicationsand data analytics tools
Proventrack recordin leading large-scale transformation projects
This is a hybrid role (3-4 days in office) at our Glendale, WI office.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $141,000 - $211,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
