With a strong focus on ethical practices, employee engagement, and continuous improvement, this organization offers a collaborative culture where technology leaders can make a measurable impact.Role Summary We are seeking a Director of Infrastructure and Security to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology environments across both cloud and on premises systems. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT operations while enabling business growth and digital transformation.This leader will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps functions, driving best practices and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, and finance to strengthen operational resilience, enhance security posture, and optimize technology investments.Key Responsibilities Define and execute enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals Design and manage hybrid cloud environments across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, incident response, compliance, and risk management Oversee DevOps practices including CI CD pipelines, automation, and environment management Manage on premises infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and backup systems Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies Lead, mentor, and scale a multi disciplinary IT team across infrastructure, security, and DevOps Own IT budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization initiativesKey Requirements 7 plus years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong experience managing cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud in production environments Proven expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and governance across cloud and on premises systems Hands on knowledge of networking, firewalls, identity and access management, and enterprise security solutions Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability infrastructure design Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including CI CD pipelines, containerization, and automation Familiarity with AI security and infrastructure practices Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Strong communication, leadership, and cross functional collaboration skillsCall to Action If you are a strategic technology leader ready to drive transformation and strengthen enterprise infrastructure and security, we encourage you to apply today.
