To achieve our vision, we seek a Director of Academic and Culture with a Master’s degree and at least 3+ years of experience in teaching and leading teams to excellent outcomes, fueled by a passion for their team’s success and continual improvement.  The ideal candidate will bring:

We are hiring for a June 1, 2026, start date. The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $99,000. Salary is competitive and aligned to experience and internal equity.

Requirements

DRIVE MEANINGFUL RESULTS

  • Ensure high-quality Tier I instruction in every classroom daily
  • Lead weekly data cycles to drive academic growth
  • Coach teachers to meet clear, measurable performance goals
  • Ensure consistent implementation of PBIS and discipline systems
  • Maintain a joyful, structured, and predictable school environment
  • Build systems that ensure strong staff attendance and accountability

LEAD WITH CLARITY

This role serves as a key member of the school leadership team and is responsible for translating the school’s academic and culture vision into daily execution by owning: 

  • Instructional vision execution (curriculum, lesson quality, rigor)
  • Teacher development (PD, coaching cycles, feedback systems)
  • Assessment + data systems (Mastery Connect, progress monitoring, intervention tracking)
  • MTSS implementation (Tier I–III systems + decision-making)
  • Scholar culture systems (PBIS, discipline, incentives, culture programming)
  • Staff culture + accountability (communication systems, attendance expectations)
  • Daily school operations related to academics + culture
