Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading a team to build and maintain client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction. The primary focus for this role will be developing account management strategies, coaching and managing the account management team, monitoring sales metrics, and build/enhance relationships with existing customers.
Essential Duties:
- Lead the Account Management team with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing customer success and growth
- Develop and execute proactive customer retention and expansion strategies
- Create strategic growth plans and identify cross-selling/up selling opportunities for the Account Management team
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer needs or at-risk customers
- Prepares weekly reports on sales calls, territorial and market trends, competitive activity and special reports required by management.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins to ensure the Account Management team meets the expectations of the assigned duties/responsibilities.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintains current account records by utilizing CRM and updating sales and contact information.
- Track all customer engagements in the CRM
- Demonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Five years' or more sales experience and/or radiology technical equipment experience
- Knowledge of the imaging industry and experience selling B2B imaging solutions; preferably selling to all sizes of healthcare facilities
- Ability to work comfortably with department level & C-level customer management along with ability to communicate effectively with executive management.

- Bachelor's Degree
Travel:
- Estimated to be up to 50%

- Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Ability to work independently and provide timely results
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Understanding of customer performance metrics
- Business acumen with problem-solving attitude
