Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, income audits, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the General Manager and executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and oversee internal audits to maintain financial integrity.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
- Operational Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads to optimize budget allocations, improve financial performance, and support operational decisions.
