Position OverviewConfidential search for a senior living organization seeking a Director of Accounting to lead financial operations across a multi-site portfolio. This role oversees accounting functions, financial reporting, and internal controls while partnering with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial reporting• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes• Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis• Manage audits and coordinate with external partners• Develop and mentor accounting team members

Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)• 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience• Multi-site or healthcare/senior living experience preferred• Strong analytical and leadership skills
