Job DetailsDirector of AccountingReports to VP of Finance and CFO. Leads accounting operations for a large, multi-site healthcare organization in North Texas.What You'll Own:Monthly close process — journal entries, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, payrollVariance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior year)Accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls (GAAP)401(k) audit coordination with external auditorsTeam leadership — hiring, training, performance managementPayroll and banking oversightBudget preparation supportAd hoc reporting and special projectsWhat You Bring:5+ years in healthcare accounting/finance, including financial statement prep3+ years managing a teamBachelor's in Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)Medical group experience a plusStrong Excel; comfortable with auditors and adapting to new systemsDetails:On-site, M–F, 8–5Some travel to local medical officesInterested in hearing more?
