This position is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building systems, managing information, coordinating projects, solving problems, and supporting leaders across multiple areas of the business.
This is more than an administrative assistant position. It is a leadership role with ownership, accountability, and responsibility for helping our organization operate effectively.

What You'll Do
Lead Administrative Operations
- Support the organization and execution of key administrative functions
- Maintain accurate, organized, and professional records and documentation
- Help manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, communications, and recurring business responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative projects from beginning to completion
- Create systems that improve organization, communication, and accountability
- Ensure important tasks and deadlines receive consistent follow-through
- Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive business or Team Member information
Support Restaurant Leadership
- Provide administrative support to the Operator and Director team
- Help leaders stay organized and informed
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, communications, and other business materials
- Coordinate meetings, projects, follow-ups, and leadership initiatives
- Track action items and help ensure commitments are completed
- Communicate professionally with Team Members, vendors, community partners, and other contacts
- Help connect departments and improve communication throughout the organization
Improve Systems & Processes
- Evaluate existing administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop organized systems for tracking information, projects, documents, and deadlines
- Help reduce unnecessary administrative work through better processes
- Create templates, checklists, trackers, and tools that improve consistency
- Identify recurring problems and help develop long-term solutions
- Maintain clear documentation of important processes and procedures
Manage Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers, and business records
- Assist with collecting and organizing operational and administrative data
- Prepare recurring reports for leadership
- Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or areas requiring follow-up
- Help leadership use accurate information to make better decisions
- Maintain strong attention to detail when entering, reviewing, and reporting information
Support Business Projects
- Assist with special projects and restaurant initiatives
- Coordinate with Directors across operations, hospitality, marketing, training, HR, and other areas of the business
- Help organize vendor and community communications when needed
- Maintain project timelines and follow-up
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and communicate progress consistently
- Adapt to changing priorities as the needs of the business evolve

Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

Candidates should be comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, documents, email, digital systems, and business communication.
Strong written communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail are important for success in this role.
Schedule & Availability
This is a full-time leadership position.
Applicants should be prepared to:
- Maintain consistent full-time availability
- Work primarily during hours that support administrative and business needs
- Have flexibility to support restaurant operations when necessary
- Have availability on Fridays and Saturdays as business needs require
- Maintain dependable, year-round availability
- Adjust priorities as business needs change
Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays.
