Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted markets and industries
  • Develop strategic relationships with owners, developers, end users, consultants, and key decision-makers
  • Create and execute aggressive business development strategies to expand market presence
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead client-facing presentations, meetings, and negotiations
  • Work closely with executive leadership to identify growth initiatives and expansion opportunities
  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging sectors
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, conferences, and client meetings
  • Collaborate internally with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful project pursuit and execution
  • Help establish long-term partnerships that drive recurring business and sustainable growth
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of business development, sales, or strategic growth experience
  • Proven track record of generating and winning new business opportunities
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate leads and relationships
  • Experience selling services within construction, commercial services, industrial, real estate, or related industries preferred
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically while still being highly execution-focused
  • Existing network and relationships within the Florida market is a major plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of urgency and accountability
