You will own the platforms that power our sales, marketing, and customer success teams — aligning system capabilities with Simpro’s growth ambitions and ensuring seamless integration across the broader technology stack. Serve as the primary IT partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Marketing, and VP of Customer Success. Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, facilitate prioritisation across competing stakeholder demands, and communicate clearly on project status, risks, and outcomes.

Systems Integration

Design and maintain the integration architecture between the CRM and Simpro’s core product platform, marketing automation tools, support systems, billing systems, and data warehouse. Champion clean data flows and a single source of truth for customer data.

Data & Reporting

Drive data quality, hygiene, and governance standards across all CRM platforms. Partner with the data and analytics team to ensure accurate pipeline, renewal, and customer health reporting. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that empower business leaders with real-time insight.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM administrators, business analysts, and solution architects. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, user-centric thinking, and delivery excellence. Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.

Program Delivery

Plan and execute CRM transformation Programs, platform upgrades, and change management initiatives. Apply agile and project management methodologies to deliver on time and within budget, with a clear focus on adoption and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring
