Join Our Leadership Team as Director of Catering at Chick-fil-A Shawnee Mission!

We’re looking for a Director of Catering (Beyond the Restaurant - BTR) to lead our catering, delivery, and community partnership efforts at our Shawnee location. Your Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all BTR operations — catering deliveries, pickups, and ADPs — ensuring excellence, care, and attention to detail
Recruit, lead, and coach our BTR Captain team
Foster strong community relationships and find new ways to engage guests
Collaborate with the leadership team to support overall business health and smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communicator and coach who builds trust with teams and guests
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented leader
Dependable, with strong follow-through and a drive for excellence
Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems and tools
Experience in catering, logistics, or operations is a plus
Willingness to work flexibly and travel between locations
Physically able to lift 10-25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
