Job Description
Location: Main Campus.Department: Academics.Employment Type: Full-Time.
Are you passionate about shaping the future of nursing education? Join our dynamic team as the Director of Clinical Education and Experiential Learning and lead innovative clinical and simulation programs that prepare the next generation of nurses for excellence in practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic leadership for all clinical and simulation components of the nursing curriculum.
- Supervise and mentor the Simulation Hospital Coordinator and Clinical Liaison.
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate clinical and simulation experiences across all levels.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinical sites to ensure diverse, high-quality learning opportunities.
- Oversee compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback, and best practices in nursing education.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
- Licensure: Unencumbered RN license in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in professional nursing, including clinical teaching and/or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of nursing education trends, simulation methodologies, and accreditation requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in clinical coordination, simulation operations, or partnership development.
