Position: Director of Clinical Education and Experiential Learning (Permanent)Location: San Antonio, TX 78205Pay:• $55,000 – $82,000 per year

Schedule:• Full-time, standard daytime administrative hours

Position Summary & Responsibilities:• Lead nursing education and experiential learning programs• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training initiatives• Oversee competency development and clinical education standards• Provide teaching, mentorship, and leadership development support• Collaborate with academic and clinical partners

Requirements:• Master’s Degree in Nursing (required)• Active Texas RN license (required)• Minimum 5 years nursing experience• Clinical teaching and/or leadership experience required
