Job Details

10+ years of construction experience with progression into senior leadership rolesProven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneouslyStrong background in multifamily, affordable housing, or commercial constructionExperience overseeing project managers, superintendents, and field teamsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performanceExpertise in preconstruction, estimating, and value engineeringExperience working within a developer-builder or integrated delivery modelStrong knowledge of construction contracts, risk management, and complianceAbility to lead and scale construction operations across multiple marketsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
