Job Description

CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH

Director of Continuous Improvement for a thin gauge thermoforming packaging company. It is a great organization that is growing and has an amazing culture.

The role is as expected: develop and implement the over-arching CI strategy across the manufacturing footprint, working in partnership with the Plant Managers across North America and delivering tangible and sustainable results.

ONSITE ROLE: Since this is a highly relational and people-focused organization, they strongly desire the new CI Leader to be located at their headquarters in the Midwest.

There will be the obvious travel to the plants in support of key improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and people development and training.

As they do have a couple of plants in Mexico, being bilingual would be a huge plus!
