Director of Education- Early Childhood Leadership & Teacher Development

Primrose School of Brookfield- Brookfield, WI

Key Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and develop teachers to deliver excellence in the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum.
Lead onboarding and training for new teaching staff.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to enhance curriculum implementation and teaching best practices.
Foster a positive, professional culture that empowers teachers to take ownership and grow.
Partner with the school's leadership team on hiring decisions and professional development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field (or equivalent teaching experience).
Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood education setting, preschool, or large group childcare environment.
Proven success in leading or mentoring teaching teams, implementing curriculum, and supporting teacher growth.
Ability to recruit and build strong teams.
