This Director of Engineering opportunity offers the chance to lead a high-performing engineering organization, shape best-in-class practices, and ensure successful project outcomes from concept to completion.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director Of Engineering position include:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in engineering management.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class engineering practices, processes, and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the Engineering Department to ensure team development and high performance.
  • Set departmental goals and strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and evaluate design and product structures for compliance with engineering standards.
  • Facilitate project and departmental meetings, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.

Salary: $145,000–$155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
