Job DetailsThe Director of Finance & Accounting is a key member of the finance leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing accounting operations, and supporting business decisions across the organization.Key Responsibilities

• * Lead and develop members of the finance and accounting team.
• * Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• * Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process.
• * Lead annual budgeting efforts and ongoing financial forecasting activities.
• * Conduct profitability analyses across customers, products, categories, and business segments.
• * Evaluate pricing strategies for new and existing products and services.
• * Analyze financial results and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leadership.
• * Develop and maintain financial dashboards and performance metrics for executives, department leaders, and other stakeholders.
• * Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• * Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.

QualificationsRequired:

• * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• * Strong background in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and pricing strategy.
• * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• * Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels.

Preferred:

• * CPA and/or MBA.
• * Experience with multi-entity accounting and foreign currency consolidations.
• * Manufacturing industry experience.
• * Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
