We're partnering with a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Operations to lead finance, operations, and HR while helping drive organizational growth and efficiency. Core duties and responsibilities include:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and Board reporting
- Oversee accounting, payroll, audits, compliance, and internal controls
- Improve operational processes and organizational systems
- Oversee HR functions including onboarding, benefits, and performance management
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships
- Oversee facilities, IT support, and administrative operations
Required skills and qualifications:
- 7+ years of finance and operations leadership experience
- Proven people-management experience, leading and mentoring staff
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
- Background overseeing vendors, contracts, and organizational operations
- Experience with QuickBooks, Paylocity, or similar accounting/payroll systems
- CPA, MBA, or nonprofit experience is a plus
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is from $125K to $135K, depending on experience.
