Director of FinanceMulti-Property Portfolio Hospitality Company

Panama City Beach, FL

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Director of Finance to join our growing hospitality organization. This leadership role will oversee financial operations across a diverse portfolio of properties, helping drive sound decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term financial success.

The ideal candidate will be a strong financial leader with experience managing complex accounting and reporting functions in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations for multiple properties
Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes
Monitor cash flow, internal controls, and financial compliance
Partner with executive leadership and property teams to support business strategy and performance
Oversee audits, tax coordination, and regulatory reporting
Develop and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting standards
Manage and mentor accounting and finance team members

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in a Director of Finance role or similar financial leadership position
Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience leading finance functions in a multi-property or multi-unit environment preferred
Excellent communication skills required
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
Hospitality experience is a plus
