Job DetailsJob Details:Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director of Finance. This role is crucial to our company as it is responsible for overseeing all corporate finance aspects of our auto group. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can develop and implement financial strategies to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a strong background in public accounting, dealership group, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities:1. Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, and negotiations.2. Developing and implementing financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals.3. Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.4. Supervising and managing the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.5. Collaborating with the executive team to make decisions on investment and financial strategies.6. Monitoring and managing financial risk.7. Preparing detailed reports on financial performance on a regular basis.8. Coordinating with external auditors and manage internal controls.9. Identifying and implementing strategies to improve financial health and profitability.Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Auto group / dealership group accounting experience
• 3+ years financial management experience
• CDK Dealer Management System experience
• Reporting optimization
• Entity level and brand level analysis
• Enterprise level financial story telling expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public Accounting Experience
• Masters Degree / MBA
• CPA
