Director of Finance

This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals with a background in non-profit and healthcare sectors who are ready to contribute to meaningful organizational goals.Key Responsibilities● Direct operations and provide strategic oversight to maintain financial integrity of the foundation● Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations● Serve as liaison between the foundation and hospital system● Analyze and improve job design, work processes, and workflows to enhance productivity and effectiveness● Stay updated on industry developments and integrate knowledge into work practices● Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure adherence to laws and accreditation requirements● Develop and monitor annual budgets to support department goals● Set, implement, and revise annual goals and objectives aligned with organizational mission● Select, train, schedule, motivate, supervise, and evaluate employees● Make recommendations for disciplinary actions including termination● Ensure employees have opportunities for professional development
