This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver high-quality service and products to our customers.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the food and beverage operations.
- Oversee the planning and management of menus, ensuring they meet customer expectations and align with market trends.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the chefs and other team members to create a unique and exciting dining experience for our customers.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce wastage and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Provide guidance and feedback to staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and in a professional manner.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
- Proven track record of managing a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and queries effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in using food and beverage management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
- Certifications in food safety training and alcohol service are a plus.
