This leader will be responsible for expanding domestic and international distribution, strengthening retail partnerships, optimizing DTC performance, and building a scalable sales infrastructure.The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, has deep relationships in sports nutrition or adjacent CPG categories, and has successfully scaled distribution across specialty retail, key accounts, and performance channels.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Revenue StrategyDevelop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectivesEstablish revenue targets, channel strategies, and international expansion roadmapsIdentify and prioritize high-growth markets and distribution partnersRetail & Distribution ExpansionDrive distribution growth across:Independent “mom & pop” supplement retailersNational and regional key accountsGyms, fitness chains, and performance facilitiesInternational distributorsNegotiate high-impact retail and distribution agreementsExpand shelf presence, promotional programs, and in-store visibilityKey Account ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with major retail buyersLead line reviews, pricing negotiations, promotional calendars, and forecastingEnsure strong sell-in and sell-through performanceDirect-to-Consumer (DTC) GrowthPartner with marketing and e-commerce teams to scale DTC revenueOptimize channel strategy to balance retail and online growthLeverage data to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime valueSales Team LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales teamEstablish KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability structuresDevelop scalable processes across forecasting, pipeline management, and reportingExecutive LeadershipServe as a core member of the executive teamContribute to strategic planning, product launches, and pricing strategyProvide data-driven revenue insights to inform company directionQualifications7–15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in sports nutrition, supplements, CPG, or adjacent performance categoriesProven success scaling distribution nationally and internationallyDeep relationships with specialty retail, key accounts, and/or fitness channelsExperience managing broker networks and international distributorsStrong understanding of DTC and omnichannel sales strategyDemonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teamsExceptional negotiation and communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort in high-growth environmentsInterested in hearing more?
