Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
Lead and mentor the growth team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create targeted campaigns and product enhancements.
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics and optimize growth initiatives for maximum impact.
Drive partnerships and business development efforts to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
Report regularly to executive leadership on growth progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Director of Growth or similar leadership role within the accounting or financial services industry.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and growth analytics platforms to inform decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in driving scalable growth initiatives and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
