Job Description
Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for a Full-Time Director of Guest Relations.

The Director of Guest Relations will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
- Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
- Greeting residents and visitors as they arrive and informing them about our amenities
- Manage and supervise our Guest Relations Associates
Salary: $25.00 per hour
