Job Description
- Participate in client governance meetings and operational reviews.
- Assist with client communications and follow-up activities.
- Support preparation of client presentations and reporting materials.
- Develop understanding of client-specific workflows and operational requirements.
- Assist with management of client escalations and service issues.
- Support day-to-day operational oversight of healthcare recovery programs.
- Monitor performance trends, recovery results, and operational metrics.
- Assist with operational planning and resource allocation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Assist executive leadership with implementation of new client initiatives.
- Support onboarding of new recovery programs and business opportunities.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions as business knowledge develops.
- Collaborate with internal departments on operational enhancements.
- Develop expertise in healthcare overpayment recovery methodologies.
- Learn payer/provider dynamics and client-specific operational processes.
- Gradually assume increasing responsibility for client relationships and governance activities.
- Progress toward broader leadership responsibilities based on demonstrated performance and business knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, Insurance, Revenue Cycle Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years experience in healthcare operations, insurance operations, revenue cycle, payment integrity, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing operational performance and business initiatives.
- Healthcare payer experience.
- Provider relations experience.
- Payment integrity or claims recovery experience.
- Experience presenting to clients or senior leadership.
- Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 per year (DOE)
