Director of Implementation (Healthcare SaaS / EHR)
Build. Lead. Scale.
Shelton, CT (Onsite/Hybrid)$140K – $150K + Bonus
A private equity–backed healthcare SaaS company is hiring a leader to own and scale client onboarding and implementation across a rapidly growing platform serving post-acute care providers.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-lead opportunity with direct visibility to executive leadership.
What You’ll Drive:
- Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle (kickoff - go-live).
- Lead and develop a team of onboarding specialists and EHR trainers.
- Improve speed to go-live, adoption, and client outcomes.
- Build scalable processes, KPIs, and delivery standards.
- Partner across Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success.
- Elevate onboarding into a true growth engine.

What You Bring:
- Leadership experience in Healthcare SaaS implementation/onboarding/customer success.
- Strong understanding of EHR, RCM, and clinical + billing workflows.
- Track record managing multiple complex client rollouts.
- Ability to build process, structure, and team performance.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in post-acute / long-term care (PALTC).
- Exposure to HL7, integrations, or data migration.
- Experience scaling onboarding teams or functions.
