Position: Director of International Compliance
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Summary: Soles4Souls is looking for a Director of International Compliance who will be responsible for designing, overseeing, and continuously strengthening Soles4Souls' global compliance framework. This role ensures adherence to international, U.S., and local regulations; donor and grant requirements; and financial and ethical standards across all global operations. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Director proactively identifies and mitigates compliance risks while promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct. The position partners closely with all teams and departments to support compliant, mission-driven impact worldwide.

Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Manual Dexterity: Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls.
Repetitive Motion: Perform repetitive tasks, such as data entry, for extended periods of time.
Work Environment: Be able to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and be exposed to varying weather conditions if applicable.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the listed below.
