Job Details

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiativesLead the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise infrastructure across cloud, networking, systems, and security environmentsOwn infrastructure reliability, availability, performance, and scalability initiativesDrive modernization efforts including cloud adoption, automation, monitoring, and operational improvementsEstablish and maintain infrastructure standards, processes, documentation, and best practicesOversee incident management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk mitigation strategiesPartner with security teams to strengthen infrastructure security, compliance, and data protection initiativesEvaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations that improve efficiency and business outcomesBuild, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure teamCollaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions

Qualifications8+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, cloud operations, or related technology leadership rolesProven experience leading enterprise infrastructure strategy and large-scale technology initiativesStrong understanding of cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, security, and systems architectureExperience managing infrastructure in a growing or evolving organizationDemonstrated success improving reliability, automation, and operational efficiencyStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and influence stakeholders across the organizationExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes

Preferred ExperienceExperience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudBackground managing hybrid infrastructure environmentsExperience with infrastructure automation, DevOps practices, and configuration management toolsFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and risk managementExperience leading infrastructure transformations or scaling technology operations
