Are you a creative, data-driven marketing leader who enjoys turning innovative ideas into measurable results? BBB Heart of Texas is looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth, increase BBB Accreditation, and strengthen relationships with our Accredited Businesses.In this high-impact leadership role, you will oversee marketing campaigns, lead generation, digital strategies, and customer engagement efforts. You will collaborate across departments, lead a talented marketing team, and use data and technology to enhance the customer experience from initial interest through long-term Accreditation.This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact on a respected organization.The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of progressive marketing experience, strong digital marketing and analytical skills, and a passion for developing creative strategies that deliver measurable results.ROLE-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and increase BBB Accreditation.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, search, social media, content, direct mail, and events.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and business growth opportunities.
• Create targeted marketing campaigns that strengthen Accredited Business engagement, retention, and renewals.
• Oversee CRM systems, marketing automation, and customer communication strategies.
• Analyze marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign priorities, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
• Lead and support the Events Manager, Content Manager, and creative resources to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
• Maintain consistent BBB branding, messaging, and marketing standards across all communication channels.
• Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and opportunities to enhance performance and growth.
