Job Title: Mortgage Marketing Director Origination DevelopmentLocation: Philadelphia, PACornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Director Origination Development for an opportunity with a nationally recognized mortgage lender. This leadership role directly supports origination growth, driving brand strategy, lead generation, and customer experience across multiple channels.This is a high-impact position for a marketing leader who understands how to align strategy with loan production, branch growth, and recruiting success. Responsibilities: Lead overall marketing strategy to support loan origination growth, recruiting, and brand positioning Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across print, digital, social, and video to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness Own the lead lifecycle and engagement strategy across CRM, email, digital, and print channels Oversee CRM administration, including campaign development, system integrations, and user adoption through training Partner with IT to optimize website performance, including SEO, GEO targeting, user experience, and lead capture strategies Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives align with production goals Drive efficiencies across the marketing function while maintaining high-quality execution Support sales and recruiting initiatives through targeted marketing efforts Deliver monthly performance reporting and insights to executive leadership Requirements: Bachelors degree required 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within mortgage or financial services Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM administration Proven ability to build and execute strategic marketing plans tied directly to revenue growth Understanding of SEO/GEO strategies and digital lead generation Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives Background in event coordination, logistics, and content development Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and stakeholders Compensation & Benefits: Employment Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Full-time Salary: $125,000+ base (depending on experience) + annual bonus potential Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSA, Employer-Paid Life & Disability, Voluntary Life & Disability, Short-Term Disability, Accident & Critical Illness Insurance, Prescription Discount Program, Preventative Care Plan, Wellbeing HUB, Vacation & Paid HolidaysIf you are tired of corporate red tape and want to work in an environment where leadership trusts rather than micromanages, email Allison Harrison at allisonh@cornerstonestaffing.com and call 817-635-0500 x162 for immediate consideration.
