Job Description
Director of Marketing San Antonio, Texas Relocation Available! The Company:

- Work alongside an impressive, collaborative leadership team thats pushing boundaries and setting the standard for innovation in the industry.
- Oversee marketing communications, including digital campaigns, traditional advertising, graphic assets, and paid social media initiatives.*
- Spearhead initiatives to create demand, driving daily ticket sales, membership and develop season campaigns to attract local and regional tourism
- Manage seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special events designed to increase visitation during peak and off-peak periods.
- Ensure marketing messaging remains on brand and with emphasis on guest experience
- Analyze attendance trends, visitor behavior, and market conditions to inform marketing strategies
- Dynamic marketing professional with expertise in attendance marketing best practices. Proven experience working for zoos, museums, theme parks, sports teams, festivals, tourism destinations, and entertainment venues highly preferred.
- Servant-leader with a heart for people and a passion for excellence
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, media buying, and audience segmentation
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Reside in San Antonio, Texas or willing to relocate.
