Director Of Marketing

EastGroup Properties is seeking a dynamic, forwardthinking Director of Marketing to elevate and expand our brand across markets nationwide. This leader will shape the company’s marketing vision, drive strategic initiatives that attract new tenants, strengthen our brand identity, and bring creative excellence to companywide communications and presentations. Responsibilities Create and maintain a comprehensive branding strategy to ensure consistent messaging and materials for EastGroup Properties. Design and update templates for property flyers, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Work with our Asset Management Teams in promoting vacancies, including updated market specific websites with maps, email campaigns and open houses. Assist with the development and design of the annual report. Collaborate with Investor Relations to design investor PowerPoints and roadshow presentations. Serve as the primary contact for social media, creating and posting regular content to engage audiences. Support website updates with graphics and layout improvements. Manage inventory of property photos for use in various markets, such as quarterly supplemental information packages, website, investor presentation, and marketing flyers. Source and manage inventory for promotional items used at employee, tenant, broker, and investor events. Plan and coordinate various corporate events, primarily board meetings. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Prior experience is required, the preferred candidate will have 10 years’ total marketing experience with commercial real estate exposure. General design experience is required with sample portfolio of previous work to showcase. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong design and editing skills, specifically in Canva, Adobe basics or similar. Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to produce or oversee highquality marketing collateral, templates, and brand systems. Must demonstrate ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously while completing assigned tasks accurately and timely. Ability to travel to EastGroup markets, investor meetings, and property tours as needed.
