Job Details

You'll be the strategic and creative engine behind an exciting brand portfolio — responsible for everything from the annual operating plan to breakthrough omnichannel campaigns. Here's the highlight reel:

Develop and execute omnichannel brand strategy — identifying where to play and how to win across retail, digital, and HCP channelsLead the annual operating plan and long-range strategic roadmap for your portfolioOwn the brand P&L and manage budgets to maximize impact and efficiencyDrive content and campaign development — from agency briefs to final executionDesign compelling product assortments with best-in-class PDPs, SEO strategies, and feature/benefit messagingBuild consumer and HCP promotional strategies including digital promotions, packaging, and pricing incentivesLeverage analytics to identify growth opportunities and translate insight into actionLead, coach, and grow a talented marketing team — with an eye toward developing future leaders

What we're looking for:7+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in consumer health, wellness, or a related lifestyle categoryBS/BA in marketing or related field (MBA is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)Proven track record building and executing innovative marketing strategies that move the needleStrong digital fluency — experiential platforms, social, ecommerce, influencer — you know the landscapeAgency management experience and comfort leading cross-functional teamsA data-curious mindset and the instinct to turn consumer insights into compelling brand stories
