Job Description
Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead the firm's marketing, branding, communications, and pursuit efforts. This role partners closely with leadership to strengthen MRA's market position, support business development, attract top talent and drive long-term growth. The position offers flexibility in work location, however, this is not a virtual or remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute firmwide marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead AEC marketing, branding, communications, and market positioning initiatives
- Oversee proposals, qualifications, presentations and pursuit support
- Manage the firm's website, social media, email marketing and digital content
- Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to increase visibility, win new work and support growth initiatives
- Maintain marketing systems, databases and processes to improve efficiency and consistency
- Lead internal communications and support employer branding and recruiting efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry
- Strong experience with proposal management, business development support, and brand management
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Experience with WordPress, CRM/database management and digital marketing platforms preferred
