Director of Marketing – Skilled Nursing Facility Lead Growth, Build Relationships, Make an Impact Location: Los Angeles Setting: Skilled Nursing Compensation: up to 200k+ A large skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead census development, community outreach, and referral relationship management. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven healthcare marketing professional who understands the skilled nursing industry and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about post-acute care, understands the referral landscape, and can effectively build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, payors, and community partners. - Support branding, reputation management, and community presence efforts
- REQUIRED: Skilled nursing facility marketing/admissions experience
- Strong understanding of SNF operations, referral development, and post-acute care
- Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and clinical teams
