Overview
Job Description
- Lead and execute B2B demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Partner with sales and Business Development Managers on account-based marketing (ABM) and strategic initiatives
- Own and optimize website performance, including SEO, landing pages, and conversion rates
- Improve lead-to-opportunity and quote conversion through stronger messaging and digital strategy
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, webinars, events, content)
- Build and maintain a structured marketing campaign calendar
- Lead content strategy (case studies, blogs, email campaigns, sales materials, thought leadership)
- Track performance using Salesforce, marketing analytics, and KPI dashboards
- Manage marketing budget, vendors, and ROI
- Lead and develop a small marketing team while building scalable processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of driving leads, pipeline, and revenue growth
- Experience supporting sales teams and pipeline development
- Strong experience with digital marketing, SEO, website optimization, and lead generation
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing analytics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts into clear messaging
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Background in CNC machining, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience building or scaling a marketing function
