Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for a growing multi unit restaurant organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing local marketing strategies, increasing community engagement, and driving restaurant sales.
This is a hands on position that splits time between the corporate office and restaurant locations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute local store marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets across multiple locations
- Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations
- Coordinate promotions, grand openings, and special events
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Work closely with operations to increase traffic and sales
What We're Looking For
- Current experience in a Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing role
- Multi unit restaurant or retail marketing experience preferred
- Strong digital and community marketing background
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
- Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
