Position Overview:The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff development across both long-term care (LTC) and short-term rehabilitation services.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Illinois)
- Proven experience as a DON or Assistant DON in a SNF setting
- Strong knowledge of LTC and post-acute care operations
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Track record of survey success and quality outcomes
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $125,000 – $130,000
