What You'll Do: 
  • Oversee and coordinate all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
  • Lead, coach, and support nursing staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with Wisconsin RCAC regulations, state guidelines, and company policies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to support resident care plans
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, address concerns proactively, and drive continuous quality improvement
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support clinical operations
What You'll Need:  
  • Active LPN license in Wisconsin (required) 
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience 
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience 
  • Working knowledge of RCAC rules and compliance regulations
