  • Assistant Director of Nursing- River Ridge in Avon, located at 101 Bickford Extension, Avon
  • Assistant Director of Nursing- The Atrium at Rocky Hill, Located at 1160 Elm St EXT, Rocky Hill
  • Assistant Director of Nursing- The Village at Kensington Place, located at 511 Kensington Ave, Meriden
  • Assistant Director of Nursing- Benchmark at South Farms, located at 645 Saybrook Rd, Middletown
  • Assistant Director of Nursing- The Village at Brookfield Commons, located at 246A Federal Rd, Brookfield
  • Assistant Director of Nursing- Benchmark at Hamden, located at 35 Hamden Hills Dr, Hamden

  • Part Time Registered Nurse, RN - Middletown, Rocky Hill, and East Haven

We are looking for candidates that meet the following:

Being a Registered Nurse, per state regulations; Bachelor's degree in Nursing is a plusRequired is a minimum of 1 year Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice experience as a RN and 2 years' experience in a care setting as a RNCertified in Gerontology through the American Nurses Credentialing Association a plusKnowledge of Dementia care a plusAbility to lift 50 pounds individuallyAbility to stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to be on call as identified by the community
